Minimal Audio’s Current is een moderne wavetable-synthesizer met een beetje van alles. 
Het heeft twee wavetable-oscillatoren (met spectrale manipulatie – daarover later meer), een granulaire engine, sample-speler en additieve sub-oscillator, 
plus morphing-filters, FM, veel modulatie, effecten uit de eigen reserve van het bedrijf en een met de cloud verbonden preset-patch systeem. Kortom, 
het heeft bijna alles wat je maar kunt wensen in een wavetable synth.
Minimal Audio Current is een solide wavetable-synth. 
Het klinkt geweldig en heeft vrijwel alle parameters die een moderne producer van elektronische muziek nodig heeft. 
Met zijn zwarte en paarse kleurenschema heeft het een moderne uitstraling en Minimal Audio heeft bewonderenswaardig werk verricht door het intuïtief neer te zetten. 
Het heeft zelfs een arpeggiator, akkoordgeheugen en MPE.
